Referral Fees for Realtors
As a real estate agent, clients are your most important investment. We’ll ensure that your clients are set up in comfort and style in a furnished rental property. Corporate Housing For Rent works with fully furnished and fully equipped long and short-term lease contracts. Our minimum stay is 30 days for some properties, and we also offer flexible leases for longer stay with easy extensions and no hidden fees.
Referral Fee: Our realtor program offers a referral commission of a $150 flat rate for a 1-6 months lease or a $250 flat rate for a 7-months to a year lease.
HOW TO GET PAID:
Payment will be made upon completion of the following:
- Tenant signed lease
- Security deposit paid
- First month’s rent paid
- Tenant moved in
